Stopper

To protect the safety hooks and packs when the set up is made with a tensed line. The impact between the connector and the plate is therefore limited.

Material : rubber.

Weight : 90 g (0,20 lb).

INSTALLATION :

1. Check the condition of the anchor bracket and the cable.

2. Position the stoppers on the line.

Screw the parts with a #5 Allen wrench.

Important: the screws have to be tight uniformly.

ADVICE :

The packs' matrix is kept by the stoppers.

The stopper is not a security part. It only limits the wear of the aluminum matrix on vertical sections.

The durability of the gear depends on the quality of the mount and environmental conditions.

Deterioration can be affected in certain specific conditions (snow, ice, rockfall...).
